Terms & Conditions

  1. Holiday Surcharge

    Bookings for Kondor on public holidays incur a 20% fee added to the total cost.

  2. Counting All Attendees

    For all events on the Kondor, the total number of guests must include all service providers, such as musicians/DJs, photographers, and chefs.

  3. Security Deposit for Younger Groups

    For events with participants under 25 years old, a $1000 security deposit is required. This deposit is refundable after the event, provided there are no damages.

  4. No Bucks Parties

    We strictly prohibit bucks parties on any of our yachts.

  5. Special Pricing Variations

    Please note that special pricing is in effect for Christmas Day and New Year's Eve. For detailed information and to make a booking on these dates, an enquiry is necessary as these bookings are processed manually.

Payment Process

  1. Booking Deposit

    A deposit of $1000 is necessary to confirm your yacht reservation.

  2. Payment Deadline

    The remaining amount for the yacht charter must be paid 2 weeks before the event.

  3. Additional Offerings

    For extra services like catering or floral arrangements, you will receive invoices directly from the respective vendors. Please see our website for detailed pricing.
